The Role:
BOXHALL is seeking a driven and experienced Bar Supervisor eager to lead our skilled team and advance their career within our company.
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to ensure smooth shift execution, deliver exceptional beverage quality, and maintain flawless service across the floor. At BOXHALL, our commitment is to provide an outstanding guest experience, and you will collaborate closely with your team to ensure every guest visit is memorable for all the right reasons. Core responsibilities involve advocating for exemplary service standards, building strong interpersonal relationships, and driving team engagement. Additionally, you will oversee key operational tasks behind the scenes, including stock control, cellar upkeep, and product ordering. Through mentorship and guidance, this role aims to prepare you for advancement into a Bar Manager position at one of our upcoming locations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead by example to foster and champion exceptional customer service across the team.
● Set the standard for exceptional service, professionalism and product knowledge
● Build and uphold strong, positive working relationships within your team.
● Develop shift plans and actively guide team performance throughout daily operations.
● Manage inventory levels and place stock orders aligned with scheduled stock takes.
● Ensure all bar standards, procedures, licensing requirements and health & safety practices are followed
● Maintain outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards across the venue
● Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve the bar, service and team experience.
