We are looking for customer-oriented individuals who have the drive necessary to ensure our customers have the best solar and heat pump journey.

Your role:

  • You’ll be helping customers have a pleasant renewable experience from completing DNO applications, telephone updates on their solar and heat pump installation, answering customer queries and ensuring our customers have the information they need.
  • You must be confident on the telephone, have experience with Excel / Word and have amazing attention to detail, be super organized and go above and beyond to make the customer journey amazing.
  • You will be a great team member whilst working autonomously in a time-sensitive role.
  • Outstanding work is rewarded as we appreciate this is not a normal admin job. Everything we do affects our customers and we strive to ensure their experience is the best to give them a five-star service.

This is a full time and permanent role where you will be working from the office & home so you can still enjoy lots of social interaction with your team.
