Boxcey is a fast growing business operating at the intersection of fashion, e commerce, and creative production. We work with global brands, professional sports clubs, and creators to build brands, create clothing, and drive sales through content creation and web builds. As we continue to scale, we are building a team that thrives in an exciting, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail driven Operations & Design Assistant to support both our creative and operational teams. This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting design execution, product setup, and client onboarding across our Boxcey platform. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a fast moving environment, and wants exposure to fashion, e commerce, and creative production.
You will work closely with our founders and core team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. The role will also include an element of being customer facing, supporting communication and coordination with clients throughout onboarding and delivery.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can work at pace, take ownership quickly, and operate with a high level of accuracy — these candidates will be considered towards the top end of the salary range.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Support
- Create product flat lays and mockups for client projects
- Assist in building print ready tech packs for manufacturing
- Support with graphic design tasks across client work
- Prepare and organise design files for production
- Support onboarding of new clients onto Boxcey
- Complete Shopify admin tasks, including:
- Product setup
- Product uploads
- Basic store configuration
- Set up products ready for print and manufacturing
- Manage files across Google Drive systems
- Work within spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track and manage orders
- Assist in maintaining clean, organised operational workflows
- Support in selecting apparel products for client brands
- Contribute ideas based on fashion trends and brand direction
- Assist in aligning product choices with client positioning
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfortable using Shopify (or similar e commerce platforms)
- Experience with Google Drive and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Interest or experience in fashion, apparel, or streetwear
- Understanding of garment construction or print processes
- Previous experience in an e commerce or creative environment
