We’re looking for a Supervisor who loves the energy of café life and enjoys being right at the heart of service. Someone who can confidently lead a shift, support and develop a team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling looked after.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be opening and closing the business, leading service, supporting the team during busy periods, and helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
