We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to our team at Boxcar Hyde Park. Working closely with our Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a high-volume brunch venue while also gaining valuable exposure to the bakery side of the business. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the Senior Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Preparing and cooking brunch menu items to a consistently high standard
  • Supporting ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Supervising and supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters
