Boxcar is seeking an experienced Senior/Head Baker to lead and grow our bakery operation from Marylebone, initially on night shifts, with a path to oversee a new central production unit. You will manage production across two sites, uphold craft, quality and consistency, and work with our Executive Chef to shape future bakery offerings.
The role blends hands-on baking excellence with leadership, organizational skills, and the ambition to drive growth as the CPU opens and the operation expands.
