We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who loves the energy of café life and enjoys being right at the heart of service. Someone who can confidently lead a shift, support and develop a team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling looked after. This is a hands‑on role. You'll be opening and closing the business, leading service, supporting the team during busy periods, and helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading shifts and being a visible presence on the floor.
  • Opening and closing the café, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day.
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with confidence and care.
  • Supporting, coaching and motivating team members throughout service.
  • Working confidently across the floor, coffee station and till.
  • Building relationships with regular guests and helping create a genuine neighbourhood feel.
  • Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
  • Supporting stock management, ordering and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Working closely with the management team to drive standards, culture and performance.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Front of House professional looking to step up.
  • Leads by example and enjoys being hands‑on throughout service.
  • Loves hospitality and understands that great experiences are built through attention to detail.
  • Has confidence working with coffee, fresh food and busy café operations.
  • Enjoys coaching and developing others.
  • Stays calm, positive and solutions‑focused when things get busy.
  • Takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
  • Brings energy, warmth and personality to every shift.

  • Salary: £14 – £15.5 hourly
