We’re looking for passionate, creative bakers of all levels to join the bakery team at our Boxcar Marylebone site. This is an exciting opportunity whether you’re developing your skills or already have experience in a bakery. We’re looking for people who can support with core baking tasks such as cake production and prep, as well as more experienced bakers confident in bread, sourdough, and viennoiserie, including double lamination.

You’ll be part of a bakery with real ambition, a place where quality, creativity, and growth are at the heart of everything we do, working closely with the Exec Chef and Head Group Baker. This is a night-based role, ideal for bakers who enjoy a calmer, more focused working environment, with the space to concentrate on craft and production ahead of the day’s service.

As part of the bakery team at Boxcar Marylebone, you’ll play an important role in day-to-day production, supporting quality, consistency, and attention to detail across the bakery. For Assistant Bakers and those earlier in their careers, this role is focused on learning, building confidence, and developing core skills across different areas of production, including prep and cake work. For more experienced bakers, there is the opportunity to take ownership of sections and work more independently, particularly across bread, sourdough, and viennoiserie.

While based at Boxcar Marylebone, you’ll also be connected to the wider bakery operation, working collaboratively to ensure consistency in quality, process, and output. This is a hands‑on role suited to people who enjoy being at the bench, working as part of a team, and steadily developing their skills.
