We're looking for a Supervisor who loves the energy of café life and enjoys being right at the heart of service. - Opening and closing the café, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with confidence and care.

- Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Supporting stock management, ordering and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
- Working closely with the management team to drive standards, culture and performance.
We’d love to meet someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Front of House professional looking to step up.
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands‑on throughout service.
- Loves hospitality and understands that great experiences are built through attention to detail.
- Has confidence working with coffee, fresh food and busy café operations.
- Enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Stays calm, positive and solutions‑focused when things get busy.
- Takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
