We’ve launching something new — and looking for a confident, well-rounded Bartender to be part of it.
Boxcar Fire & Wineis a bold new concept built around open fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, alongside a wine and cocktaillist designed to delight. Guests will dine at the bar, so this is a true front-row bartender role.
What we’re looking for in our Bartender:
- Proven bartender experience in quality restaurants or wine-led venues.
- Confident recommending and serving wine, with strong product knowledge.
- Skilled in classic cocktails and comfortable pouring and presenting draft beers.
- Capable of delivering full dining service from behind the bar.
- Warm, elegant, and engaging with guests.
- A calm, collaborative presence on a busy shift
