To join our uber-talent Marketing team and lead our social and content strategy. This is a role for a Content Creative with strong experience in Social. You will be the source of Creative output, with plenty of supporting team members to implement that work. You will have a way with words, be able to soak up our brand tone of voice, and be skilled in turning ideas for social content into reality. You will write copy, produce videos, and spread the good word of Everyman.
The role is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Hampstead, North London, and will involve working in the office, visiting our venues around the UK, and working from home.
As our Social & Content Manager, your day-to-day will consist of;
- Owning our Organic Social calendar, working with our social tool (Brandwatch) to plan, post, listen, report, and amplify key moments across our channels
- Collaborating with our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure our Social Advertising and our Organic Social are in brand harmony
- Establishing our frequency and engagement strategy for each Social channel, regularly stress-testing and adapting along the way. We like to reply to our audience… a lot! Take the lead in showing our audience some love!
- Maintaining a cutting-edge knowledge of Social trends and best practices
- Attending live events in our cinemas to capture Social content on the ground
- Working with our in-house Creatives and external agency to produce scroll-stopping Social content
- Write short-form copy for social communications ensuring a consistent tone of voice across channels
- Contribute to the development of our iconic tone of voice

To be our perfect Social & Content Manager, you’ll need to be;
- Experienced in Social Content creation with 3 years plus experience leading strategy for either a cinema, hospitality, or guest-focused consumer brand, working across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Brimming with ideas and confident in pitching to senior team members
- A creative problem solver with the ability to turn an idea into reality
- Collaborative by nature, and comfortable sharing ideas and brainstorming with others
- A hands-on creative who enjoys producing and delivering content
- A master at playing the algorithm, and you’ll adapt and create ways to take us to the top
- A cinema-lover… we mean, you LOVE it. “What are you doing this weekend? You’re seeing a film, obviously.”
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite tools (you will have help though)
- A natural at capturing a good shot, a good take, and a good angle
- Confident interviewing people on red carpets #glitzandglam
- A Wordsmith, and able to write snappy copy in reasonable timeframe
