Our platform enables organizations to fuel collaboration, manage the entire content lifecycle, secure critical content, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. We help companies thrive in the new AI-first era of business. Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations, including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations.

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you're the person who makes that chapter unforgettable. You will play a critical role in our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless and best in class hiring process from start to finish. You will manage scheduling, logistics, and communications, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring teams, internal and external candidates. By owning the candidate-facing details that shape perception of our brand, you’ll help “blow our candidates’ minds” and support Box’s business goals and growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people and customer service, highly organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring every participant is prepared and set up for a seamless experience.
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to drive an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
  • Manage a high volume of competing priorities with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment — keeping the candidate experience front and centre at every step.
  • Support the opening and management of requisitions and assist with other essential recruiting work — including sourcing, managing inbound applicants, supporting internal mobility candidates, and processing offers.
  • Become the go-to expert on all recruiting tools including Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Google Calendar, Workday, and others as the stack evolves.
  • Show up fully to weekly stand-ups, team meetings, and 1:1s — engaged and contributing.
  • Partner on team projects at both the local and global level, bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bring ideas to the table, spot what's clunky, suggest what could be better, and help us level up how we hire.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Genuinely passionate about process — you find satisfaction in making things run smoothly.
  • Detail-oriented and patient, with the emotional intelligence to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
  • An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, who can adapt your style to any audience.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting timelines without dropping the ball.
  • Equally effective working in-person and remotely, across a distributed and global team.
  • Proficient with calendar, collaboration, and virtual meeting tools — you pick up new systems quickly.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity — you adapt fast and bring steadiness when things get busy.
