We are looking for an experienced People Operation Generalist to join our People Operations team. This is an individual contributor role with autonomous decision-making capabilities, responsible for managing key HR processes across the EMEA region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Program & Process Ownership: Own and manage key People Operations processes, including the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences for the EMEA region. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Document Processing: Handle employee documentation, such as employment contracts, letters, and other people-related paperwork. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  • Leave & Attendance: Administer attendance and leave processes, assisting employees with time-off requests, tracking, and related inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner and primary liaison for key stakeholders, including Payroll, People Partners, Benefits, and Recruiting. Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional processes and consistent communication across teams.
  • Project Leadership: Contribute to regional and global People Operations projects by owning specific workstreams from planning and execution to reporting on outcomes.
  • Complex Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations via the ticketing system. Provide guidance on People-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Data Integrity & Systems Management: Ensure the highest level of data accuracy in our HRIS (Workday) by managing employee lifecycle changes (e.g., internal mobility, contract generation) and conducting regular, thorough data audits.
  • Compliance & Immigration: Own the administrative support for the EMEA immigration program, partnering with the program leader and external counsel. Proactively monitor local employment requirements to ensure compliance and support audit preparations.
  • Data Reporting: Generate basic people HR reports and assist in data analysis as required.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or personnel management/Shared Services Center (SSC) experience
  • Full employee lifecycle management experience
  • Immigration and work permit administration experience
  • Solid knowledge of UK labor law and termination procedures
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong critical thinking and process improvement orientation
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactive attitude with autonomous decision-making capabilities

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge from other EMEA markets; FR, NL, DE or PL
  • Experience implementing process improvements or system setups
  • Background in building HR processes from the ground up
  • Interest in AI, emerging technologies, or automation
