WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box Japan, as a subsidiary of Box Inc., was established in May 2014 and continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for individuals who can help further spread Box and promote growth together. In this position, you will be able to focus on sales activities as a member of the Japanese sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Accurately understand stakeholder needs and effectively propose Box solutions.
- Build trust with CIOs, IT executives, LOBs, and other key stakeholders.
- Respond accurately and swiftly to complex, long-term deals while securing small wins.
- Develop a territory plan to focus on within 90 days.
- Build pipeline and revenue targets.
- Propose to mid-market clients (companies with over 500 employees).
- Understand and track all customer use cases, purchasing cycles, and Salesforce forecasts.
- Promote Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0, and the Box model.
- Aim for 100% customer satisfaction for all users.
- Utilise SFDC for lead management and sales forecasting.
Box values community and in-person collaboration. Box employees (Boxers) are required to work in the office at least three days a week. The recruiter will provide further details about working styles and company culture during the selection process.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise software-related products.
- Sales experience with clients in the western Japan region.
- Able to actively develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Experience progressing deals closely with customer executives (relationships with LoB, CIO).
- Experience proposing in the mid-market sector (companies with over 500 employees).
- Ability to explain complex cloud technology simply and accurately.
- Familiarity with the sales process and purchasing cycle.
- Being a Box user (preferred).
- English proficiency (preferred).
- Location: Osaka (Namba Wework).
