The Events Operations Coordinator supports the successful delivery of the festival across all venues. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing venue fact sheets and event run sheets
- Maintaining ticketing and event information pages
- Assisting with logistics and technical planning
- Responding to attendee enquiries
- Liaising with filmmakers
- Acting as the principal point of contact at assigned venues during the festival
The ideal candidate is highly organised, calm under pressure, an excellent communicator, and comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts in a live event environment.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is remote up until the festival weekend. During the festival period, the role will involve on-site attendance at assigned venues. Any required travel will be reimbursed or covered upfront where necessary, and a daily per diem will be provided to cover lunch expenses.
