Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are a key part of a Commercial Sales team consisting of a Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Executives. As manager of the SDR team, you will lead a team that supports all levels of the sales organization by qualifying marketing leads to create new pipeline opportunities that add to the total revenue. This includes joining a team with people who are smart, organized, thorough, and take pride in initiating meaningful relationships with future customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 7 SDRs.
- Coach and develop your team's prospecting, qualification, and sales skills, while deepening their Box product knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders like Sales and Marketing.
- Own and drive the achievement of all SDR team targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Sales Management and Marketing teams to align on goals, strategies, and priorities.
- Utilise Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau to analyse and identify key areas for improvement, ensuring your team is focusing efforts effectively, and reporting on their activities and performance metrics.
- Partner with US-based SDR Managers to leverage global initiatives, share best practices, and drive a consistent approach across regions.
- Actively develop SDRs to prepare them for future roles within Box, fostering a growth mindset and career progression.
- Recruit and hire high-performing reps to build a strong, dynamic, and effective team.
- Cultivate a positive, high-energy, and high-performance team culture, keeping the team motivated, informed, and aligned with Box's overarching company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 2 years managing a Lead Generation Team; Salesforce expertise is a must.
- Collaborative and excels working with cross-functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations.
- Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other data sources.
- Mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your SDRs.
- Preference for someone who has progressed from a BDR/SDR role to an Account Executive role with a high degree of attainment.
- Nice to have: Fluent in French or German.
