You will design, build, and execute a bespoke EMEA enablement roadmap that directly accelerates revenue performance across the region while acting as the primary bridge between global enablement strategy, EMEA GTM strategy, and the activation of both in market.This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role focused on 'last mile enablement'- ensuring that global enablement is successfully translated into how reps act in the field. You will operate as a trusted business partner to EMEA Sales and broader GTM leadership, quickly absorbing business context, understanding regional priorities, and translating them into practical enablement actions that improve seller execution and business performance. You must be able to connect market conditions, regional business priorities, seller needs, and customer outcomes - and champion those priorities when partnering directly with EMEA GTM teams.you must bring a customer-first mindset and a deep understanding of the value of Box for our customer's business, maximising the value of global programmes while building locally-driven initiatives that reflect the unique dynamics of EMEA markets and sales motions. EMEA Enablement is uniquely positioned to act as a testing ground for new processes, selling motions, and cross-functional GTM teaming initiatives. You will lead the enablement charge that translates those from strategies to high-impact field performance.Design, own, and execute a bespoke, agile EMEA enablement roadmap aligned with regional revenue priorities, GTM strategy, and QBR planning—integrating closely with Chief of Staff and GTM Ops as a core commercial lever.Global-to-Local Integration: Bridge global enablement and EMEA field teams by adapting global tools, training, and content for regional market nuances, while championing EMEA-specific priorities and resource needs at the global level.Bi-directional Feedback & Insight: Maintain a continuous feedback loop between EMEA sellers, frontline managers, and global stakeholders, surfacing field realities, seller experience insights, and performance trends in real time.End-to-End Programme Delivery: Design, facilitate, and reinforce high-impact enablement programmes (virtual and in-person) across onboarding, product launches, sales processes, MEDDPICC adoption, and manager enablement to drive sustained behavior change.Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SVP, sales leadership, and cross-functional GTM teams, building consensus in a matrixed environment and proactively identifying performance gaps.Measurement & Commercial Impact: Partner with RevOps to build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key seller metrics (ramp time, win rates, deal velocity) and directly communicate enablement’s ROI on revenue, pipeline, and retention.This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.Experience:3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, or closely related commercial roles, including significant experience supporting enterprise sellers and sales leaders in EMEA markets.Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using sound judgment and commercial understanding to shape priorities, influence decisions, and drive execution.Enterprise Sales Experience: Strong background working directly with enterprise Sales teams, including experience coaching sellers and managers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling, sales process excellence, and in-field execution. Deep empathy for seller experience and a practical understanding of what helps frontline teams adopt, execute, and win.Demonstrated ability to absorb business context quickly, synthesise regional needs, and champion business priorities when working directly with EMEA GTM teams and global stakeholders.Critical business acumen with a proven ability to design and own a regional enablement strategy, translating business strategy and product enablement into field-level execution.Sales Expertise: Understanding of enterprise sales processes (i.e. experience coaching enterprise sellers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling.EMEA Expertise: Strong understanding of the diversity of EMEA - including multi-country GTM complexity, cultural nuance, language considerations, and regional buyer behaviour.Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), enablement and LMS platforms, and data/analytics tools, a plus if you’ve been leveraging AI tooling to drive efficiency, scale and impact.Communication: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences, virtual and in-person; Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage performance dashboards; skilled at using data to identify gaps, measure ROI, and tell a compelling impact story.A natural connector and creative problem-solver who moves at the pace of the business, the market, and product evolution.Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
