Fixed Term Contract: 6 June to 30 October 2026. BFI are looking for an LFF Design Studio Lead to play a key role in the successful delivery of the 2026 BFI London Film Festival (LFF) design and branding output, in close collaboration with the Studio Manager and Festivals Marketing team, as well as colleagues in other departments.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, in collaboration with the Studio Manager, Graphic Designers and the Festivals Marketing team, the provision of all design and branding services requirements across the BFI London Film Festival, ensuring the best value-to-quality ratio and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Oversee the design and production workflows of all promotional and branding material, in digital and print formats, liaising with internal stakeholders and overseeing studio output for the LFF.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to BFI brand guidelines and fully reflects the brand expression of the BFI and LFF.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven professional experience and expertise to deliver against digital-first, results-driven and creative marketing campaigns and activities in the film, culture or media sector.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in digital, branding and print design production management.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to prioritise, to delegate, to meet deadlines and to manage several projects simultaneously.
