Cinema Venue Coordinators are the primary point of contact for audiences, guests, and partners, and serve customers at the box office/kiosk, ensuring that the highest standards of customer care are always maintained. They are responsible for the smooth opening, closing, and operation of the cinema. This involves working within a small team of Cinema Venue Coordinators, Services Coordinators, Projectionists, and Venue Volunteers to serve customers and maintain a friendly, clean, and efficient work environment.
Positions available: Two annualised hours contracts and some casual hours contracts (candidate dependent). For annualised hours contracts, you will work up to 3 shifts per month from April to September, increasing in October to March as this is the busiest period. Shift lengths are 4 to 8hrs. For casual contracts, you’ll be expected to work at least 1 shift per month. You must be available to work October to March. You must be able to work during educational holidays. You must be able to work evenings and weekends as these are our peak times. Candidates must be over 18. You will be required to serve alcohol.
