Visitor Services Assistants at the BFI provide a first class welcome to all visitors to the BFI Southbank complex, including our cinemas, studio, Mediatheque and other spaces.
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Fixed term during September and October 2025
You will sell tickets and memberships, check tickets and control entry to the Film Theatres whilst ensuring that safety, security and comfort are at excellentstandards at all times.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have previous experience in a similar public or commercial venue
- Be proactive and customer focused, with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people.
- Be available between 01 September and 19 October 2025.
These roles will be based primarily at BFI Southbank and involve weekend and evening working on a rota basis. Our benefits include free tickets to BFI events plus discounts at the BFI Filmstore and BFI Bar and Kitchen and BFI Riverfront at BFI Southbank.
