Fixed Term Contract: 17 August to 19 October 2026, 41hrs a week. BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival. This role will play a crucial part of the LFF Content Team, working alongside the LFF Content Delivery Coordinator to support the receipt, distribution and return of film, digital cinema and video content during the lead up to and duration of the London Film Festival.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Content Team in the receipt, logging and delivery of all LFF film, digital cinema and video content for LFF screenings across all venues and online platforms.
  • Download, log and transfer networked file deliveries across the various platforms utilised by the Content Team.
  • Verify LFF Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) on arrival, reporting issues promptly to Content and Programme & Screenings Team colleagues.
  • Quality Control (QC) video screening files on arrival, reporting issues promptly to Content and Programme & Screenings Team colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience of working in a cultural organisation, venue or environment.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of digital cinema, digital library and video projection systems.
  • Good knowledge of common screening file formats, video codecs and hard drive management software.
