Be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our people. Lead initiatives to embed culture change that is grounded in our BFI Culture Drivers, as well as our ongoing commitment to Anti-Racism and Inclusion. Whether through staff development, people policies, or employee engagement initiatives, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the BFI’s ambitious strategy.

Person Specifications

You will bring your experience in OD and Culture in large organisations alongside contemporary inclusive practice. The ability to collaborate with and influence a wide range of stakeholders whilst focusing on delivery is key for this role. As a strategic thinker with the ability to demonstrate pragmatism and a solution-focused approach, you will join the BFI’s People & Culture team in this new and key leadership role, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting, transformative impact across the BFI.
