Box (NYSE:BOX) is the leader in Intelligent Content Management. Our platform enables organizations to fuel collaboration, manage the entire content lifecycle, secure critical content, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. We help companies thrive in the new AI-first era of business. Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations, including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

As part of the broader Go To Market (GTM) Enablement organisation, the EMEA Sales Enablement Manager owns the regional enablement strategy end to end. You will design, build, and execute a bespoke EMEA enablement roadmap that directly accelerates revenue performance across the region while acting as the primary bridge between global enablement strategy, EMEA GTM strategy, and the activation of both in market. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role focused on 'last mile enablement' - ensuring that global enablement is successfully translated into how reps act in the field.

You will operate as a trusted business partner to EMEA Sales and broader GTM leadership, quickly absorbing business context, understanding regional priorities, and translating them into practical enablement actions that improve seller execution and business performance. You must be able to connect market conditions, regional business priorities, seller needs, and customer outcomes - and champion those priorities when partnering directly with EMEA GTM teams. Business acumen is critical in this role; you must bring a customer-first mindset and a deep understanding of the value of Box for our customer's business, maximising the value of global programmes while building locally-driven initiatives that reflect the unique dynamics of EMEA markets and sales motions.

EMEA Enablement is uniquely positioned to act as a testing ground for new processes, selling motions, and cross-functional GTM teaming initiatives. You will lead the enablement charge that translates those from strategies to high-impact field performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Regional Strategy & Roadmap: Design, own, and execute a bespoke, agile EMEA enablement roadmap aligned with regional revenue priorities, GTM strategy, and QBR planning—integrating closely with Chief of Staff and GTM Ops as a core commercial lever.
  • Global-to-Local Integration: Bridge global enablement and EMEA field teams by adapting global tools, training, and content for regional market nuances, while championing EMEA-specific priorities and resource needs at the global level.
  • Bi-directional Feedback & Insight: Maintain a continuous feedback loop between EMEA sellers, frontline managers, and global stakeholders, surfacing field realities, seller experience insights, and performance trends in real time.
  • End-to-End Programme Delivery: Design, facilitate, and reinforce high-impact enablement programmes (virtual and in-person) across onboarding, product launches, sales processes, MEDDPICC adoption, and manager enablement to drive sustained behaviour change.
  • Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SVP, sales leadership, and cross-functional GTM teams, building consensus in a matrixed environment and proactively identifying performance gaps.
  • Measurement & Commercial Impact: Partner with RevOps to build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key seller metrics (ramp time, win rates, deal velocity) and directly communicate enablement’s ROI on revenue, pipeline, and retention.
