Join the Box to Box Talent Pool for experienced Line Producers and Production Executives to support our current and upcoming projects. As a senior production leader at Box to Box, you will be key to delivering ambitious, high-end unscripted TV productions. Working closely with Heads of Department, you will oversee budgets and schedules, manage production teams and contributors, and ensure all logistical, legal, and compliance requirements are met across the life of a production. You will be expected to bring strategic oversight, sound judgement, and deep experience in managing complex projects. Whether stepping in as a Line Producer or a Production Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining editorial ambition while ensuring productions are delivered on time and on budget. You will combine strong business and financial management skills with excellent communication and leadership.
