About the Role

We’re looking to connect with exceptional Edit Producers for upcoming opportunities across our productions. As an Edit Producer at Box to Box, you will oversee the post-production process from edit through to final delivery. You will work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure that schedules are met, workflows run smoothly, and creative standards remain high. You will liaise with editors, post facilities, and internal stakeholders, managing delivery timelines, post paperwork, compliance, and technical specifications. You’ll be expected to proactively anticipate and resolve issues, maintain clear communication across departments, and keep a cool head while managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in post-production management across documentary or factual series.
  • Deep understanding of post workflows including edits, online, grade, dub and delivery.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage post schedules, talent, and delivery requirements across multiple episodes.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and collaborative by nature.
