About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Producers to lead editorial across our diverse slate of productions. As a Producer at Box to Box, you will take ownership of editorial content from development through to delivery. You'll shape storylines, manage access, lead interviews, and work closely with Directors and Editors to ensure the creative vision is realised. You'll also oversee key stages of production, from scripting and shoot planning through to post, navigating logistical, legal and editorial challenges with confidence.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Producer on high-end factual or documentary content.
  • Strong editorial judgement and a clear storytelling voice.
  • Confident managing contributors, shoot setups and sensitive material.
  • Experience leading projects through post-production.
  • Calm, collaborative and organised, with strong problem‐solving skills.
