The Role
As Chef, you'll take ownership of your section, helping deliver consistently high-quality dishes while working as part of a talented and passionate brigade.
Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to company standards.
- Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and portion control.
- Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety standards.
- Supporting stock rotation, ordering and deliveries.
- Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials.
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members where required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a
Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- A genuine passion for producing great food.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
