South Manchester | Flexible Working Hours | £25000 - £30000 (Negotiable) | Hybrid Working (Work from Home Thursday & Friday)

Box Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a National Account Administrator on behalf of an award-winning licensed homeware company based in South Manchester, Heald Green.

Due to an internal promotion, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business that works with some of the biggest brands in gaming, entertainment and retail, supporting high-profile national accounts including Primark and Dunelm.

The Role

Working within a team of four, you will provide essential sales and account support, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial range selection through to order delivery. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple critical paths simultaneously while supporting one, and potentially two, National Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting National Account Managers with day-to-day account administration
  • Managing the customer journey from range selection through to order fulfilment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to key retail customers
  • Heavy critical path management to ensure all deadlines are achieved
  • Tracking stock movements and customer orders
  • Monitoring sample arrivals and product development timelines
  • Providing delivery updates and managing customer communications
  • Processing and maintaining new line forms
  • Managing customer portals and email correspondence
  • Working cross-functionally to drive urgency and resolve issues efficiently
  • Supporting the sales team with reporting and administration

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience of critical path management (essential)
  • Must have worked in a supply chain, retail supplier, wholesale, import or export, homeware, house wear, soft furnishings or textiles
  • Previous experience within Sales Support, National Accounts Administration, Customer Service or Supply Chain Administration
  • Strong critical path management experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Confident using PowerPoint
  • Experience using Business Central or similar ERP systems
  • Experience managing customer portals
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
