Box Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading holiday park operators. We're looking for qualified NPLQ Lifeguards to join a busy and exciting resort, helping create unforgettable holiday experiences for thousands of guests.
With
3 to 6-month contracts available, this is a fantastic opportunity whether you're looking for seasonal work, a new challenge, or the chance to relocate.
For the right individuals, there is also the opportunity to secure a permanent position following the initial contract.
The Role
Working within a large indoor water park, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, fun and memorable experience.
This is much more than a traditional lifeguarding role - you'll be part of a dynamic team, interacting with guests, supervising attractions and helping create an exciting atmosphere throughout the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising swimming pools, flumes and water attractions.
- Ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the pool.
- Responding quickly and confidently to emergency situations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supporting poolside activities and maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Working collaboratively within a busy leisure team.
About You We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need:
A current NPLQ qualification
