Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their busy and diverse Food & Beverage operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality manager who loves being operational, enjoys developing teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working across a variety of food and beverage outlets, you'll support the wider management team in delivering fantastic guest experiences while ensuring strong operational, commercial and service standards.

The Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the resort's F&B operation.

You'll be highly visible across the venues, supporting managers and team members during busy periods and helping ensure every outlet delivers consistently high standards.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of busy food and beverage operations.
  • Leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Providing hands-on operational support during peak service periods.
  • Supporting managers with rotas, labour planning and deployment.
  • Monitoring performance against revenue, labour and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, licensing, health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Supporting stock control, ordering, waste management and cost control.
  • Coaching team members and supporting their ongoing development.
  • Responding positively to guest feedback and resolving issues quickly.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Supporting the delivery of consistently high standards across multiple outlets.

About You

We're looking for an experienced hospitality manager who is confident leading people and isn't afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.

You’ll ideally have

  • Previous management experience within restaurants, bars, hotels, holiday parks, resorts or high-volume hospitality .
  • Experience leading and developing sizeable operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets.
  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of revenue and cost control.
  • Strong food safety and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Confidence managing busy service periods and resolving operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, visible and hands-on leadership style.

Experience within a holiday park, resort, large hotel, visitor attraction, entertainment venue or multi-outlet hospitality operation would be particularly advantageous.
