Our client is a small luxury hotel and regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Based in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list. The hotel was awarded a prestigious Michelin Key in 2024. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef who is passionate about being part of a team that is striving to become a nationally recognised destination for food lovers. What we offer: Excellent package up to £46,000 including Gratuities. Gratuities evenly through a Tronc system, currently amounting to appx 4k per annum for this position. 4-day working week.
