We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator to join a specialist, award-winning Building Envelope Solutions provider who operates nationwide as both a principal and subcontractor. The company delivers Façade & Fire wall remediation, Building Envelope solutions, and refurbishment projects.
Candidates must have strong experience in façade remediation, with full through-wall construction experience including but not limited to:
- SFS
- Intumescent lining boards
- Insulation
- Breather membranes
- VCL
- All external façade facing products such as EWI, Brickslip, terracotta tiles, aluminium, HPL, and hard metal finishing products
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade remediation and construction projects valued up to £10 million
- Managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final tender submission
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation
- Interrogating and understanding FRAEWs reports
- Producing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
