We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator to join a specialist, award winning contractor delivering façade remediation, building envelope solutions and refurbishment projects. Candidates must have strong experience in façade remediation, with full through-wall construction experience being essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade remediation and construction projects valued up to £10 million
- Managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final tender submission
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation
- Interrogate and understand FRAEWs reports
- Producing detailed quantity take-offs and cost plans
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting projects through the PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) process
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the pre-construction phase
