This role is designed to transition into a hybrid work model. For the first four weeks, you will be based in the office to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to provide you with all the tools, training, and support needed to excel in your role. Following this initial training period, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration upon Agreement with your manager.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, fast-moving, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Candidates should possess exceptional skills in Facebook & TikTok Ads and have experience managing significant budgets, optimising campaigns, and creating engaging content that delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring campaigns are optimised and aligned with KPIs.
- Provide detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
What We Need From You:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads, with a strong proficiency in Facebook Business Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets and deliver a strong ROAS.
- Experience with Shopify and understanding of e-commerce.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel expertise is a must).
- Genuine passion for creating campaigns and tracking their success through metrics.
- Knowledge of all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO and PPC.
