Key Responsibilities- Ultrasound Screening & Service Delivery
- Deliver high-quality REMS ultrasound bone health screenings across regional locations
- Ensure consistent delivery aligned with internal protocols, data standards, and consent frameworks
- Support mobilisation of screening services into new venues and partner sites
- Monitor regional performance including throughput, data quality, and reporting completion
- Maintain best practice in data governance, accuracy, and participant experience
- Act as the senior regional lead for screening operations
- Support onboarding, supervision, and development of screening practitioners
- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and service quality across sites
- Foster a high-performing, accountable team culture during regional growth
- Plan regional rotas, schedules, and service capacity
- Support productivity, efficiency, and growth targets
- Act as a key point of contact for partner venues and stakeholders
- Provide operational insight to central leadership to support national expansion
- Formal qualification and proven professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Radiography
- Sonography
- Ultrasound imaging
- Experience with REMS or ultrasound-based screening technologies
- Exposure to preventative health, screening, or multi-site service delivery
- Experience supporting service expansion or operational scale-up
- Professional, calm, and credible leadership style
- Operationally minded with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-growth, innovative environments
