About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic children's home in Sheffield supporting up to three young people aged 8-17. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, ensuring their voices are central to decision-making.
- Create a homely, activity‑filled environment underpinned by therapeutic and trauma‑informed practice.

Requirements
