Are you a high-performing multi-site sales leader ready to take the next major step in your career? We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across a portfolio of holiday park locations throughout the UK. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on driving performance, improving EBITDA, coaching leadership teams, and delivering exceptional sales results across multiple sites. This is NOT a sit-back reporting role; we are looking for a commercially driven leader who can inspire teams, influence performance, and make data-led decisions that create real business impact.

What we are looking for:

  • Senior regional or national multi-site sales leadership experience
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience driving EBITDA performance
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop Sales Managers
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, market trends, and sales strategy
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering results
  • Holiday park, leisure, hospitality, or related sector experience advantageous
