Responsibilities
- Managing tenancy queries and maintenance issues
- Organising contractors, repairs and property inspections
- Handling tenancy agreements, renewals and referencing
- Managing rent payments, arrears and landlord statements
- Arranging inventories, check-ins and check-outs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and managing agents
- Ensuring compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs and EPCs
About You
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Proactive, organised and confident dealing with clients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Willing to get involved and support the wider office
What’s on Offer
- £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
