We are seeking an active and enthusiastic Maintenance & Grounds person to join the team on one of our client's beautiful holiday parks in the North West Lancashire. Our client is an established holiday and lifestyle operator who offers a unique package to holiday makers and owners. Part of this package is the upkeep of the caravan and holiday home fleet, buildings, and grounds that the owners and holiday makers enjoy. You will be working with a team of Gardeners, Maintenance Professionals, Siting teams and Gas Engineers across the park.
You will be involved with facilities on park and delivering all grounds maintenance and siting activity, in line with agreed plans, delivering an outstanding environment for our Guests, Owners and Team whilst ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are met.
Duties:- Supporting the Maintenance & Grounds Team in maintaining the park, the grounds and delivering all planned and reactive park maintenance activity in line with agreed plans.
- Following direction and working as part of a multi skilled maintenance team.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Hands on all round maintenance and grounds work skills.
- Driving License Requirement.
- Health & Safety procedures followed and recorded accurately.
- Must be within 30 minutes of the site.
