We are seeking a Sales & Revenue Manager to join our dynamic hotel team and take ownership of our commercial strategy – from room revenue to events. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the financial performance and guest experience across our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximise room revenue across all distribution channels, with a strong focus on OTA performance (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
• Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and demand to inform pricing and yield strategies
• Manage OTA content, availability, and rate parity to ensure visibility and conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers
• Lead on conference and events (C&E) sales , responding to enquiries and converting bookings for meetings, private events, and special occasions
