We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Multi-Venue Bars Manager to take responsibility for several busy and diverse bar operations, ranging from large entertainment venues and late-night bars to premium lounge environments. The Role
As Multi-Venue Bars Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of multiple licensed venues, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, strong financial performance, and exceptional operational standards. You'll be highly visible within the operation, supporting your teams, driving standards, and ensuring every guest interaction contributes to a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire management and bar teams across multiple venues.
- Deliver fast, friendly and high-quality service standards at all times.
- Drive revenue growth through effective product mix, upselling and promotional activity.
- Take ownership of stock control, stock yield, cellar management and waste reduction.
- Analyse business performance data and implement action plans to improve results.
- Manage labour costs and rota planning in line with business demands.
- Coach, mentor and develop managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain excellent standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and guest experience.
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver business objectives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing multiple bars, venues or hospitality outlets.
- Experience within high-volume hospitality, leisure, entertainment, holiday park or nightclub environments.
- Strong knowledge of licensing legislation and responsible alcohol retailing.
- Experience managing cellar operations and stock controls.
- Proven success in improving commercial performance and profitability.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- The ability to remain calm, decisive and hands-on during busy trading periods.
- Experience managing budgets, rotas and labour forecasting.
