An opportunity to Join a prestigious Hotel group as Front of House Manager, enabling the path to a total guest experience. Your responsibilities will be running the entire reception staff of 20 employees including Day and Night shifts. High volume guests. Creating the best guest experience and seamless service with high motivations. This is a true career opportunity that requires leadership skills, strategy planning and superb communication skills
You would need solid hotel experience with the passion and determination to lead your team by example demonstrating the high standards required in this key role.
You will be responsible for driving, financial success, guest service and maximising the potential of the hotel
Responsibilities include:
Manages compliance with all relevant legislation, company, and Health & Safety policies within your area of responsibility
Ensure all Health & Safety checks are being carried out daily and any concerns are raised to the General Manager or Maintenance team.
Manages the venue revenue against budgets, optimising opportunities to deliver higher growth
Motivation of team
Regular reviews/ appraisals
Dealing with issues from guests
Running reception staff
Essential Experience
– Has a high level of operational knowledge specific to your area of expertise and uses this skill and knowledge to coach leaders and team to thrive
– Ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your team
lead from the front
– Be able to make decisions confidently
– Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the Food & Beverage department budgets
– Ability to coach and give feedback to managers and team to improve performance
Desirable:
– Health and Safety level 3
