We are looking to recruit a salaried mixed teaching and customer support role to join our well-established team. We are looking for someone who is mature and confident with parents, babies and young children. Proactive in all areas of the role, happy to train and committed to always looking at ways to motivate swimmers, parents and the team as a whole.
Candidates need to have the ability to be a good communicator and to motivate young swimmers and their parents to gain confidence and skills. This role will suit someone who likes variety in their role between teaching and customer services and wants a salaried employed role. We provide training for swim certificates to the right candidate if needed, ongoing CPDs, RLSS swim teachers certificate and DBS checks as well as full training and induction into our Aqua Babies programme.
Responsibilities- Customer support: Candidate needs to be confident in supporting customers both new and long term with class bookings, movement and any questions they may have. This will be based at our office and at pools. This customer support can be over the phone, email and face to face.
- The role will include talking to new parents interested in joining our swim program and confirming those bookings (sales to customers who have expressed an interest and have given us their information).
- Experience with using systems is preferable. Experience of using Go High Level is also an advantage.
- Teachers will teach our specific program to groups of parents with babies, parents with toddlers and also children aged 3-7 the STA Stanley levels.
- We run classes in small hydrotherapy pools including our own pool The Aqua Babies Centre, Timperley and teachers need to be able to travel to this pool as well as West Didsbury, Bramhall and Openshaw.
- GCSE or equivalent in English C grade or above.
- Preferred qualifications: STA Award in swimming teaching, STA baby and pre-school swimming, RLSS National Rescue award for swimming teachers. All can be provided for the right candidate (pay rate will reflect the training status initially).
- Driving Licence and own use of car preferred and must be in place within 12 months of employment to enable travel to all pools easily.
As a member of our team you will be fully trained and inducted into our program, you will also have a mentor to support your initial terms with us.
