Box Solutions Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading licensed/ branded supplier to the retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Brand Team, managing a portfolio of globally recognised Entertainment, Gaming and Sports brands such as K-Pop, Demon Hunters, Hello Kitty & Friends, Paw Patrol, Pokémon, Minecraft, Manchester United, NFL and more.
This role is both externally facing, working with brand partners, and internally focused, collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Creative and Product, as well as supporting activity across UK and international territories. You will manage day-to-day brand activity, ensuring strong commercial performance and full compliance with brand and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of licensed brands once contracts are live
- Manage contractual updates including product categories, territories and royalty rates
- Maintain and communicate brand guidelines internally
- Track sales performance and provide forecasts to licensors
- Manage marketing and trade calendars
- Support marketing content including adverts and press releases
- Build strong relationships with licensors and internal teams
- Support presentations, reporting and tradeshows
- Proven brand/licensing management experience is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Canva
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience working with licensors, retailers or within consumer products
- Interest in entertainment, gaming or sports brands
- Hybrid working (2 days from home)
