We are currently recruiting for some amazing Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager to work within our client's award-winning holiday resort.
Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment? If so, my client is a leading holiday park resort who are looking for an experienced sous chef to work in an amazing and exciting holiday atmosphere. We want the best of the best to join our client's teams.

- Ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety standards and carry out recommendations from Food Safety Audits
- Maintain a cool head and embrace responsibility
- Ability to delegate appropriately
- Used to working well under pressure as no 2 days are the same
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Ensuring the working environment is safe, clean yet fun and positive
