Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new opportunities across new logos and existing customer base.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new and existing business in the Public Sector, focusing on Local Gov Source and net new logos within assigned territory in the Commercial Public Sector segment.
  • Expand on existing accounts by leveraging BoB Research and gaining insight into customers’ business challenges and Box value proposition.
  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing multi-layer stakeholders in commercial public sector organizations, selecting appropriate methodologies, techniques, and evaluation criteria throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

  • A strong full‑cycle B2B SaaS seller with a track record of results and experience selling into the public sector.
  • Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Prior success in technology sales is preferred.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about Box’s product, new technologies, the industry, and customers’ businesses.
  • Clear examples of successfully closing deals using an established sales process.
  • Effectively utilises a repeatable method for identifying untapped opportunities and expanding into new territories.
  • Previous experience in building relationships and selling to executives at all levels.
