Our wonderful client based in beautiful offices in Chiswick are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to one of the Directors.
As a PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, task management, and efficient time utilization.
Your responsibilities will include:

Efficiently manage and prioritise tasks on behalf of the executives or management team.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Anticipate and proactively address potential conflicts or issues to optimise productivity.

Assess and prioritise incoming requests, emails, and documents for the executives or management team.

Coordinate and support the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders.

Assist in managing the executives’ or management team’s calendars, schedules, and appointments.
