As Kitchen Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency and a positive working environment for your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.

- Manage labour utilisation, kitchen rotas and team performance.

- Support the recruitment, coaching and development of kitchen team members to build a high-performing brigade.
- Collaborate with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.
