As a Front of House Manager joining Arc we will provide you with an extensive paid training programme covering everything you\’ll need to know to set you up for success. Career development is highly encouraged; the majority of our senior management teams have been promoted from within!

We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a striking personality, who can lead an amazing Front of House team in this game changing sports bar. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous people management and hospitality experience.
• Experience managing a venue of high volume.
• Ability to understand guest\’s needs.
• Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
• Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen.
• Excellent financial acumen.
