We're recruiting for an experienced COINS Test Lead to support a major Bill of Quantities (BOQ) transformation programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can establish and drive the testing workstream from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test strategy, building test environments, coordinating testing across multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery across COINS and integrated systems.

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Senior Test Analyst with responsibility for end-to-end testing delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of COINS ERP and its integrations.
  • Experience setting up and managing test environments from scratch.
  • Expertise across System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
  • Ability to define and implement test strategies, test plans, governance, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data flows, interfaces, APIs, and cross-system integrations.
  • Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Essential background

  • Previous experience within Housebuilding, Residential Construction, or Main Contracting environments.
  • Must have worked on COINS-based programmes within the construction sector and understand the challenges associated with testing business-critical commercial and operational processes.

We're particularly interested in candidates who combine strong COINS expertise, integration testing experience, and a proven track record of leading testing functions on large-scale transformation programmes.
